DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Makenna Makes. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return any non-customized item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

Exceptions:

Some items are not eligible for returns, such as:
Custom items that are made to order according to your specifications
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Items that are marked as final sale or clearance

Custom items are not eligible for returns unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect from what was ordered.

If you receive a custom item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

To return an item, please follow these steps:

Contact us by email at makennamakesco@gmail.com and provide your order number and the reason for your return.
We will send you a confirmation email with a return authorization number and a prepaid shipping label.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include a copy of the confirmation email.
Attach the shipping label to the package and drop it off at your nearest post office.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
You will receive an email notification when your refund is issued.

HOW ARE YOUR ITEMS MADE?

At Makenna Makes, we take pride in creating high-quality and unique items. We use a variety of methods to make our items, depending on the style, fabric, and design. Some of our items are handmade using permanent vinyl, which is a durable and flexible material that can be cut and applied to any fabric. We use a special machine to cut the vinyl into the desired shape and then use a heat press to adhere it to the clothing.

Other items are made using sublimation printing, which is a process that transfers an image onto a fabric using heat and pressure. Sublimation printing allows us to create vibrant and detailed designs that do not fade or crack over time.

We also use direct-to-film printing, which is a technique that prints an image directly onto a film that is then transferred to the fabric using a heat press. Direct-to-film printing is ideal for creating complex and realistic designs that look like photographs.

All of our items are made by in my home studio, where I have all the equipment and materials needed to create beautiful and original clothes for our customers. I also outsource a few items from trusted and reliable suppliers, who share my vision and standards for quality and creativity.
