THE STORY BEHIND MAKENNA MAKES
Makenna Makes was born out of a frustration with the lack of diversity and creativity in children's clothing. As a mom of two boys, Zane and Levi, I wanted to dress them in clothes that reflected their personalities and interests, not just the typical blue dinosaur outfits. I couldn't find any clothes that matched my vision, so I decided to start making and designing my own. Soon, I realized that I was not alone in my desire for more colorful and fun clothes for kids. I started getting requests from friends and family to make clothes for their children, and I found that I really enjoyed the process of creating something unique and beautiful for each child. I decided to turn my hobby into a business, and Makenna Makes was born.
